Our manufacturing client based near Chandlers Ford is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business on a 3 month + (temp to perm) contract.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience and will have worked within a mechanical/Industrial manufacturing environment.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Lead and develop a small team of people.
- The ability to carry out hands on assembly tasks as and when required.
- Monitoring KPI’s and setting goals & objectives.
- React quickly to changes and work closely with other supervisors (You will be reporting into the manufacturing manager).
Salary: £14.35p/h - £16.41p/h (Up to 32k equivalent). Overtime is also available.
Hours: Monday to Friday (06:00am – 14:00pm). This is a 3 month temp contract with a view to going permanent.
