Our clients have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join their growing team close to Havant.
The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of the company\’s marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels. This role involves producing high quality marketing materials, maintaining online platforms, supporting new product launches, and delivering campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive sales, and generate leads.
Responsibilities
- Creative & Printed Materials
- Design and update brochures, product literature, and promotional materials.
- Produce high‑quality artwork for print and digital use in line with brand guidelines.
- Work with engineering to use technical specification drawings to support product documentation and customer information.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage and update the company website, including product information, news updates, and landing pages, video, content and photography.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to support inbound activity.
- Optimise website content for SEO, improving search visibility and organic traffic.
- Monitor website analytics and provide performance reports.
- Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and publish content across all social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Develop monthly social content calendars aligned to campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and track performance metrics.
- Product & Technical Support
- Assist in gathering and preparing new product information for marketing use.
- Work closely with product and technical teams to produce accurate descriptions, visual content and specifications.
- Support the launch of new products with coordinated marketing campaigns.
- Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Develop and deliver sales campaigns to support revenue growth.
- Create customer‑focused messaging and promotional material for sales teams.
- Drive lead generation activities through digital channels, events, and targeted outreach.
- Track and analyse lead performance to improve future campaigns.
- Market & Competitor Research
- Conduct competitor analysis to monitor market trends, pricing, new products, and campaign activity, feed this back to the SLT.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategy and product positioning.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in a marketing role, preferably B2B.
- Experience in graphic design, website CMS platforms, and social media management.
- Experience working with technical or product‑based businesses – advantageous.
