Our Manufacturing client in Chichester is looking for 5 Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing and busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career within a well-established manufacturing environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position. No specific manufacturing experience is required. If you're hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn, full training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling products using basic hand tools
- Working within a busy manufacturing environment
- Completing basic production paperwork and records
- Handling and moving components when required (lifting equipment provided)
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or hands-on experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Shift: Monday-Thursday: 07:00-16:30 | Friday: 07:00-11:00
