Installation Engineer in Chesterfield

Our clients have an exciting opportunity for a IntermediateInstallation Engineer to join their growing team.

This role would suit someone with experience in installation and is looking to take on more responsibility. We require someone with a valid UK driving licence and ishappy to travel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installing and Commissioning products
• Carry out mechanical fixing and electrical wiring under guidance.
• Finding workarounds/solutions to daily issues whilst on site
• Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues.
• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
• Support the continuous development of the Quality Management System adopting improvements to continuously improve the customers experience
• To ensure PPE is adequate for the H&S purpose and arrange for new kit to be ordered when required.
• Undertake product training on all company systems

You must be flexible and willing to work at various locations and at height, there will be a requirement to work some weekends and out of hours, you will be required to stay away overnight on occasions (accommodation provided).

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Basic experience in installation, construction, electrical or mechanical work
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical principles
• CSCS card
• Hold a Driving License

Salary:

• £28,000 – £30,000 (Basic)
• OTE – £50,000
