We currently have a great opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a busy and growing Engineering company based in Fareham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and facility planning, new product introduction (NPI), continuous improvement (CI), ensuring safe systems of work are implemented.
  • Providing manufacturing technical guidance and support to the Product Engineering and Production teams.
  • Collaborate and support cross-functionally to ensure achievement of company objectives.

Ideal Experience and Skills:

  • The ideal Manufacturing Engineer will have experience in NPI (New Product Introduction), strong LEAN experience.
