- Support and manage international Sales Representatives, distributors and channel partners.
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, pipeline and forecast information using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Develop sales forecasts, budgets and revenue plans, monitoring performance against agreed objectives.

- Build a strong commercial relationship with the manufacturing facility in Sri Lanka, including regular visits.
- Provide market and customer feedback to support product development and manufacturing decisions.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and emerging applications to identify further opportunities.
- Attend international trade shows and customer meetings as required.
- Provide responsive and effective support to customers across different countries and time zones.
- Travel internationally as required, including approximately 12 visits per year to the Sri Lankan manufacturing facility and periodic travel to the US, Europe and potentially Asia.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in international sales, technical sales, business development or sales management within an engineering or technical product environment.
- Experience selling sensors, instrumentation or other technical components would be highly advantageous, particularly load cells.
- Alternatively, strong technical understanding with the ability and willingness to learn complex sensor products and applications.
- Demonstrable experience developing new business, growing revenue and expanding existing customer accounts.
- Experience working with international customers, distributors, Sales Representatives or channel partners.
- Strong commercial understanding, including quotations, pricing, negotiation, forecasting and budgeting.
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate customer needs into practical commercial solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Highly self-motivated, commercially driven and accountable.
- Comfortable working with customers and colleagues across different cultures, countries and time zones.
- Willingness and ability to undertake regular international travel.
