Our engineering client is seeking a team leader / supervisor to run their CNC Machine shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and innovative business in Southampton.
Strong CNC Machining background is required. The successful candidate will spend the majority of time machining parts and carry out a range of setting, operating, and programming on a range of CNC Milling and Turning machines. You will also be required to lead a small team of Machinists on a day-to-day basis, working alongside the existing management team.
