Our client in Bognor Regis is seeking a General Operative to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy practical, hands-on work and are looking to develop new skills within a supportive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with mechanical assembly and production tasks using basic hand tools (training provided)
- Manual handling, lifting and moving parts (lifting equipment is provided)
- Completing basic documentation
- Supporting colleagues and maintaining a tidy, safe work area
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with physical/manual work
- Willing to learn new processes and develop new skills
- Previous manufacturing or hands-on experience is beneficial but not essential
- Ideally based locally to Bognor Regis or able to commute
Location: Bognor Regis
Hours: Monday – Friday (Day shift)
Pay: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour, depending on experience
