Our manufacturing client is currently looking for x2 customer service assistants to join their growing business. This is a customer service / office-based role which will involve the following duties:
- Speaking to customers over the phone
- Dealing with email queries
- Loading new jobs onto the system
- Supporting the project team
- Involved in aspects of quoting
The ideal candidate will have good PC and customer service skills. This is an excellent entry level opportunity and a chance to join a growing business.
Salary: £13.46p/h - £14.42p/h
Hours: 09:00am - 17:30pm (Monday - Friday)
This position is on a temp to perm basis, £28k - £30k.
