We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join a busy and expanding manufacturing company based in Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manufacturing professional with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced production environment. Previous experience within an extrusion manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who is passionate about operational excellence, people development, and continuous improvement. Please note this is a position that requires an immediate start after the interview stage due to expansion projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
- Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the site.
- Manage and improve key operational KPIs, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to deliver customer and business objectives.
