Our specialist engineering client is seeking an administrator to assist with a wide range of admin tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a smaller organisation and has excellent Excel skills.
Responsibilities:
- Providing admin support
- Maintaining records and data entry
- Preparing documents
- Using Excel and being confident with spreadsheets
- Dealing with calls on occasions
The ideal candidate will be strong with numbers, have good attention to detail and must be confident using Microsoft Word and Excel. This is a 6 month contract with a view to going permanent for the ideal candidate.
Hours: 08:00am - 17:00pm (Mon-Thurs), 08:30am - 13:00pm (Fri)
Salary: £13.07 p/h
