Latitude London is a high-end property development and management company based in Marylebone, managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Central London. Weβre looking for a proactive, well-presented Property/Facilities Manager with a strong commercial mindset β someone cost-aware, confident negotiating, and able to take ownership of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchasing & procurement: sourcing, negotiating and bulk ordering materials/furniture
- Supporting the day-to-day management of our property portfolio
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors and cleaning teams
- Furniture, storage and inventory management
- Admin support: invoices, records, compliance and contractor schedules
About You
- Commercially driven, organised, reliable and detail-focused
- Clear written and spoken English
- Computer literate with good knowledge of social media platforms
- Property / administration / procurement experience is a plus (training provided)
