Latitude is a private property development and management company based in Marylebone, W1.
The company manages residential and commercial properties in Fitzrovia, Marylebone, and Primrose Hill.
The position requires involvement in residential operations and assistance with office administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing tenancy processes.
- Managing property check-ins and check-outs.
- Preparing properties as required, including maintenance, refurbishment and furnishing.
- Supervision of service contractors responsible for gardening, lift maintenance, fire safety, waste management, and window cleaning.
- General administrative tasks, including managing tenants’ deposits and rent invoices.
- Collaboration with finance re annual service charges and ensuring a prompt invoice process and resolution of queries.
- Performance of routine office duties.
- Coordination with contractors to obtain maintenance quotations.
- Resolution of invoice related issues with suppliers.
