Latitude London is a central London property development and management company based in the heart of Marylebone, W1. We own and manage a mixture of residential and commercial properties across Fitzrovia, Marylebone and Primrose Hill. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Management Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience within the property industry and become involved in the day‑to‑day running of a dynamic and growing company. This role would suit an energetic, organised and proactive individual who enjoys being hands‑on and is eager to learn about both property development and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team with general administrative duties and day‑to‑day office tasks
- Completing errands and simple tasks both within the head office and across our managed properties
- Liaising with contractors to obtain quotes for maintenance and repair works
- Raising and resolving invoice queries with suppliers
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
- Maintaining and organising property maintenance records
About You:
- Passionate about property and interested in developing a career in the industry
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive, reliable and willing to take initiative
- Comfortable working both in the office and out at properties when required
