Latitude is seeking UK-based corporate paralegals to assist one of its AmLaw 50 law firm clients with an internal project. This is a flexible, multi-month contract engagement and candidates may work remotely from any location in the United Kingdom.
Applicants must have extensive experience with:
- Corporate governance and regulations
- Preparing and filing certificates of formation, bylaws and operating agreements for legal entities
- Providing contract support for standard corporate agreements
- Creating and distributing annual reports
- Assisting with paperwork needed by regulatory bodies
- Responding to requests for information
- Performing legal research
- Maintaining and filing corporate records
- Assisting with corporate transactions
Prior experience working at a large corporate law firm and/or a large corporate legal department is preferred.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably with a large corporate firm or large corporate legal department
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Outstanding references

Compensation:
The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 (US Dollars) or more when calculated on a full‑time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference.
Benefits:
All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits‑eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
