Latitude is seeking UK-based corporate paralegals to assist one of its AmLaw 50 law firm clients with an internal project involving complex finance agreements. This is a flexible, multi-month contract engagement and candidates may work remotely from any location in the United Kingdom.
Prior experience working in the corporate finance practice group of a mid-to-large size law firm assisting private equity groups, commercial lending institutions and/or major public and private companies in connection with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured financing transactions, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, loan workouts and restructurings, is preferred.
Requirements:- 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably with a large corporate firm or large corporate legal department.
- Prior experience supporting corporate finance practice group of a mid-to-large size law firm.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Outstanding references.

The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 or more when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference.
Benefits:All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401k plan is also available.
