Job Description
Reporting to our Software Engineer Director, you will create impact within our Internal Operations department. We take pride in our cross-border collaboration and adoption of the latest technologies, which set us apart in the industry.
You\'ll develop scalable integrations across internal platforms, working with team members to ensure data synchronisation and the seamless operation of our systems. At Jellyfish, we are committed to promoting professional growth, so you will work with multiple technologies and senior team members, and have exposure to how key decisions are made across the business.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Build integrations between between internal systems, cloud platforms, and third-party services (Salesforce, Finance, ATS, and Human Resources Information Systems).
- Develop RESTful APIs and manage SQL queries for data transformations
- Ensure secure, scalable data exchange using cloud tools such as GCP.
- Keep data synchronised across platforms and streamlining internal processes to reduce manual work.
- Collaborate with partners to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions that align with broader integration architecture.
- Troubleshoot integration issues in production environments and maintain clear documentation of integration flows.
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in system integration across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency with Python and SQL.
- Skills in RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD cycles and cloud environments.
