Job Description
Reporting to the VP, Paid Media, you will be responsible for the best delivery across Jellyfish's Paid Media clients and the quality of deliverables shared with clients. You'll encourage innovation and the implementation of new technology while maintaining a high standard of quality to ensure client requirements are met. We are looking for someone with great adaptability and the ability to transform challenges into actionable solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Create an objective, auditable optimisation and analysis framework across all channels
- Develop the paid media narrative in deliverables shared with clients
- Roll out data taxonomy and ensuring 100% global compliance
- Ensure seamless execution while delivering greater outcomes
- Identify any learning/skills gaps and correct them
- Partner with client leads to stabilise and grow both the relationships and commercials of the business
- Lead channel POVs and innovation and be in constant direct contact with important clients
- Build new approaches and share internally & externally great results driven with those clients
- Deliver campaign excellence (On Time Launch, Campaign Pacing), effectiveness (KPI Delivery, Tech Adoption) and efficiency (media under management, Error Rate, Revenue per head)
Qualifications
- 10 years+ expertise across several Paid Media channels and platforms (Social, Search, Programmatic, SEO etc)
- Experience with a variety of campaign management and optimisation tools
- Experience being client-facing, building deep relationships and providing strategic recommendations to national and global clients
- Experience being part of pitch teams and winning new client business
- Ability to develop long-lasting relationships and add value to clients' businesses
- Proficient at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies
- Creative in generating unique ideas and experimenting with new methods and technologies to solve complex client issues
