New Opening!!! Start Date: 8th June. Latine is a high-end dining destination combining elegant French cuisine with vibrant Latin American flavours, set in the heart of Mayfair, in the former Mews of Mayfair. Launching soon, this immersive new restaurant will bring together exceptional gastronomy, refined ambience and lively entertainment.

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our opening kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, creativity and the ability to deliver consistently high standards under pressure. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the kitchen culture and contribute to a new concept from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all areas of kitchen operations.
  • Leading the kitchen team in their absence when required.
  • Ensuring precision in plating, consistency in quality and timely execution of dishes across all services.
  • Training, mentoring and supporting junior chefs.
  • Maintaining a professional, organised and positive kitchen environment.
  • Overseeing mise en place, stock control, ordering and daily kitchen organisation.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, food safety and allergen compliance.
  • Working closely with Front of House and Events to ensure a seamless guest experience.
