We are looking for a skilled and motivated Head Bartender to join our opening team. This is your opportunity to craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding guest service, and be part of a vibrant front of house team where detail and passion matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the bar team in preparing and serving innovative cocktails and beverages.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through engaging and professional service.
- Support training and development of junior bar staff.
- Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and stock control at the bar.
- Ensure consistency and quality in cocktail preparation and presentation.
- Support the Bar Manager in maintaining smooth bar operations during service.
