The predicted salary is between 15 - 20 £ per hour.

Part-time permanent role (14 hrs per week) at the heart of LAH’s operations. As Bookkeeper, you will ensure the accuracy of financial records, meet compliance obligations, and provide the senior team with the reliable information needed to make decisions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Preparing records for the annual audit
  • Managing income tracking across all programmes
  • Supporting payroll administration – all using Xero

You will report directly to the Director and work closely with the wider team.

Required experience: at least two years in bookkeeping, preferably in the voluntary sector, and a relevant accounting qualification (IAB, AAT or equivalent). You must be proficient in Xero, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work independently while being a genuine team player.

We also require a clear understanding of and commitment to the communities we serve, and the ability to bring that commitment to all aspects of your work.
