Responsibilities
- You’ll work closely with our customers to troubleshoot and improve our existing Finance & Operations system.
- Engage with customers regularly and publicise new features introduced in each release, while ensuring change is managed safely by following our change & release process.
- Help design and implement new solutions under guidance from technical leads and solution architects.
- Monitor day‑to‑day operations of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations estate, and identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer support calls, acting as the 3rd line of support.
- Determine the impact and priority for incidents reported.
Qualifications
- A working knowledge and hands‑on experience of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations / D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management is crucial, together with an understanding of business processes within Finance & Operations (e.g., purchase ledger, general ledger, workflow).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certification, or equivalent hands‑on technical experience.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid role with a base location offered at an office across England.
- Occasional travel may be required to alternate Clarion offices.
- You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion cannot offer visa sponsorship.
- You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
