About the Role
The Legal PA (Attorney Support Specialist) is an integral part of Latham’s Attorney Support team. This role will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm’s lawyers by providing comprehensive administrative support while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow). This role will be located in our London office.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Managing the billing process to produce drafts and revisions, ensuring the submission of client billings and liaising with Revenue Management
- Handling daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, document management/edits, and travel arrangements
- Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
- Preserving the confidentiality of firm and client protected information
- Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
