Overview

Join to apply for the Travel Specialist – EMEA role at Latham & Watkins. This role will be located in our Manchester office and may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with managing vendor relationships, coordinating meetings, and gathering feedback
  • Serving as a point of contact for traveller queries, compiling FAQs, and developing a knowledge base
  • Monitoring and evaluating adherence to organisational policies related to the travel programme and acting as a point of escalation to local travel and office leadership
  • Reviewing travel data, preparing simple reports, and identifying trends
  • Liaising with Events teams around meeting and events travel, organising meetings, tracking project milestones, and preparing updates

Qualifications

  • Possess basic analytical, project management, and data skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow through and escalate issues at the right time
  • Exhibit professional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm

Education & Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a bachelor\’s degree
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the travel industry, preferably
