About The Role

The Partner Recruiting & Integration Assistant – Research & Analysis is an integral part of Latham’s Partner Recruiting & Integration team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance in support of the activities and processes of partner and counsel hiring and integration for the firm’s United States offices, as directed by the Partner Recruiting & Integration Manager and other department leadership as applicable, while assisting with scheduling interviews for lateral partner and counsel candidates and collating feedback. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in‑office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Preparing initial drafts of correspondence to lateral partner and counsel candidates to confirm interview dates and times, and other related logistics
  • Booking conference rooms and videoconference (e.g., Zoom, WebEx) links as needed for interviews
  • Liaising with the travel department to coordinate flight, hotel, and other necessary travel arrangements
  • Helping maintain candidate databases
  • Assisting with scheduling internal meetings as needed

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably Administrative or professional office experience
