About The Role
The Senior Manager of Well-Being is an integral part of Latham’s Well-Being & Benefits team. Reporting to the Director of Well-Being & Benefits, the Senior Manager will be responsible for shaping the design, delivery, and strategic development of the firm’s expanding health and well-being platform across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The Senior Manager operates in a complex, matrixed environment, partnering with various firm verticals, local offices, practice groups, affinity groups, administrative teams, and other constituencies, using collaboration and influence to build alignment and move strategic health and well-being initiatives forward across the firm. The Senior Manager also works to develop, and at times serve as an instructor or co-instructor for, well-being training and support programs, especially around mental health. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Working closely with the Director of Well-Being & Benefits on the continuing development of the firm’s health and well-being strategy, proactively identifying needs and advocating for programmes and interventions suited to a high-performance professional services environment.
- Partnering with both internal and external well-being experts around the world to create customised training and support programs, taking a hands-on role in building, leading, and project managing key programmes and campaigns.
- Taking a stand-up role in designing and/or delivering trainings and programs – including mental health – and developing content tailored to the needs of Latham partners, counsel, associates, and business services staff.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key members of firm administration, including office leadership, to identify well-being needs, strategies, and opportunities, and assisting local offices in developing and implementing their own regional programmes.

- Demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment where collaborative influence is vital.
- Are a self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to critically and independently assess projects, communications, and solutions.
- Possess excellent project management skills, with demonstrable experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept through to delivery.
- Demonstrate excellent facilitation, presentation, and public-speaking skills, with the credibility and gravitas to engage senior firm leadership on matters of well-being strategy.
And have:
- Demonstrable experience in the well-being field, and progressively responsible experience in corporate well-being strategy, coaching, organisational psychology, project management, or related field.
- A track record of building and scaling initiatives across multiple offices or jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with mental health concepts and psychological approaches relevant to workplace well-being, especially within large, complex organisations.
- Experience designing and delivering workshops, presentations, or other programmes to senior audiences, preferably within the legal sector or other professional services.
