About The Role
The Communications Manager – Global Associate Recruiting is an integral part of Latham’s Brand & Communications team. This role will be responsible for leading employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts across Europe and the Middle East (EME), while activating Latham’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across the region, tailoring messaging and campaigns to local markets. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with EME recruiting leadership, office stakeholders, and practice groups to support hiring goals through targeted, data-driven marketing strategies
- Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels – from strategy through execution, measurement, and optimization
- Positioning Latham as the employer of choice in highly competitive markets through innovative, creative, and differentiated campaigns
- Leading campus and early talent marketing efforts across the region, including event strategy, on‑campus engagement, and brand activation
- Managing and collaborating with external agencies to deliver high‑impact employer brand campaigns and initiatives
Qualifications
- Possess experience working in large, complex organizations or employer branding agencies; experience outside the legal industry is preferred
- Display a strong understanding of the European recruiting landscape, including campus recruiting and event activation
- Exhibit demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in public relations, journalism, communications, or related field
- Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related field, preferably within the UK market
