  • Taking a stand-up role in designing and/or delivering trainings and programs – including mental health – and developing content tailored to the needs of Latham partners, counsel, associates, and business services staff.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key members of firm administration, including office leadership, to identify well-being needs, strategies, and opportunities, and assisting local offices in developing and implementing their own regional programmes.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • A track record of building and scaling initiatives across multiple offices or jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with mental health concepts and psychological approaches relevant to workplace well-being, especially within large, complex organisations.
  • Experience designing and delivering workshops, presentations, or other programmes to senior audiences, preferably within the legal sector or other professional services.
