About the Role

The Receptionist is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience (WE) team. This role will be responsible for integrating people, space, and technology to provide a globally consistent, welcoming, and productive experience wherever you choose to work, while anticipating internal and external guest needs by understanding in-office services and work areas. This role will be located in our Manchester office.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Front Desk Support
  • Welcoming all personnel and external visitors
  • Registering visitors and coordinating details with building security and administration
  • Supporting the daily workflow
  • Anticipating internal and external guest needs by understanding in-office services and work areas
  • Building and maintaining guest profiles to tailor support
  • Managing workplace assets and consumable inventory
  • Coordinating access badge administration for employees, contractors, and visitors
  • Conference centre/meeting support
  • Coordinating internal and external office events in accordance with local responsibilities
  • Spot cleaning, tidying, and reconfiguring amenity spaces, pantries, cafes, soft seating, and other areas
