About the Role
The Attorney Support Assistant is an integral part of Latham's Attorney Support team. This role will be responsible for directly assisting an assigned group of local attorneys in addition to providing the wider local team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities, while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow). This role will be located in our London office.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
- Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
- Preserving the confidentiality of our and our clients' protected information
- Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
