The Guest Services Host is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience (WE) team. This role will be responsible for integrating people, space, and technology to provide a globally consistent, welcoming, and productive experience wherever you choose to work, while anticipating internal and external guest needs by understanding in‑office services and work areas. This role will be located in our London office. The working hours are 1:00pm – 9:00pm BST.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming all personnel and external visitors
- Registering visitors and coordinating details with building security and administration
- Anticipating internal and external guest needs by understanding in‑office services and work areas
- Building and maintaining guest profiles to tailor support
- Coordinating internal and external office events in accordance with local responsibilities
- Spot cleaning, tidying, and reconfiguring amenity spaces, pantries, cafés, soft seating, and other areas
