The Global Retirement & Financial Well-Being Coordinator is an exciting new opportunity to be an integral part of Lathams Global Retirement Benefits team. This unique position is responsible for supporting the department and the Manager of Global Retirement Benefits with the firms retirement plans and financial well-being programs across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting department management with both the day-to-day operations of the existing retirement plans and financial well-being programs, and the identification, assessment, and rollout of new plans and programs.
  • Assisting department management with the planning, scheduling, organisation, and development of communications, educational webinars and presentations, and other activities and initiatives
  • Arranging and facilitating both in-person and virtual meetings and presentations, including new joiner inductions, conducting the meetings as needed
  • Creating retirement and financial well-being reports and gathering data required for the reports from various sources, including PeopleSoft and providers systems
  • Performing oversight and audits of plan operational processes while also documenting the various procedures

Wed love to hear from you if you:

  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to build and manage relationships across locations
  • Display expertise with PC environment and related software, particularly Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); including the ability to utilise and continue to learn and develop technology-related skills
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with emphasis on attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively on daily tasks, ad hoc assignments, and project

And have:

  • A bachelors degree or an equivalent
  • Relevant professional services experience
