About the Role
We are seeking recent graduates to join our two-year Global Finance Graduate Scheme in Manchester beginning in Autumn 2026. As part of Latham’s Global Finance team, you will rotate through various roles in our financial team during the program.
There are two routes within the Financial graduate scheme: Analytical or Transactional finance. You will be asked to specify which track you are applying for as part of your application.
Financial Analysis rotation: enable data-driven decision making through quantitative analysis and financial reports. Activities may include financial planning and budgeting, fee proposals, advanced analytics, building and updating financial models, strategic projects, preparing reports, leveraging technology to provide insights into financial performance, and providing analytical support to attorneys, the department, and other firm management as requested.
Financial Transactions and Control rotation: support and control key financial transactions of the firm. Areas may include financial reporting and statutory reporting, client billing and account services, accounts payable, procurement, vendor risk management and general ledger.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Display knowledge and proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate well-developed and professional interpersonal skills
And have:
- Earned a BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Graduated in the last two years with a 2:1 degree or above, or are on track to graduate with a 2:1 in Summer 2026
