About the Role
We are seeking recent graduates to join our two-year Business Services Graduate Scheme in Manchester beginning in Autumn 2026. As a Business Services Trainee (BST), you will assist the firm\’s global business services departments while participating in a rotational training program. This program involves short-term assignments in different departments, offering you invaluable professional experience. You will have the opportunity to explore various departments, including but not limited to Accounting and Finance, Office of the General Counsel and Human Capital and Talent. Through these rotations, you will gain insight into departmental requirements and perform diverse tasks as assigned by department managers, supervisors, and team members.

Who we are looking for
- On track to graduate with a 2:1 in Summer 2026 / Graduated in the last two years with a 2:1 degree or above
- Display knowledge and proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate well-developed and professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
