As the Timber Director at Lathams you will work within a friendly and supportive senior management team supporting depot leaders and their teams to develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all the depots, expand market share, increase customer activity, building strong customer and supplier relationships.

You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with prior experience working as a Timber Director or similar sales role. You will need excellent communication skills including strong negotiation and influencing skills along with inspirational leadership. You’ll need to be a fast learner and enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to manage your own workload.
