We are currently recruiting for a Class 2/Cat C Driver to join our established team based in Fareham. Hours will be Monday – Friday 06.15 – 16.45 contracted hours although we implement a “job and knock” routine to suit both the business and the driver. No weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a wide variety of timber products, handling customer mechanical offload and manual driver offload.
- Complete multi-drop routes efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional service attitude throughout.
- Valid Class 2/Cat C driving licence.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Class 2/Cat C driver (preferable but not essential).
- No more than 6 points, no driving disqualifications (DD) or convictions (CD).
- Current CPC and digital card.
- Forklift/combi-lift licence is advantageous.
- Experience with timber and panel products is preferable.
