We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Adult Services Residential Manager to oversee a thriving residential program and ensure individuals receive the highest quality care in a safe, empowering environment. As an Adult Services Residential Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that individuals have the support they need to thrive. You’ll work closely with residents and your team to create a positive and enriching living experience, while also providing leadership that promotes a strong, cohesive team culture. Compensation: $58,000-$62,000 annually based on experience

Locations: Wareham, MA

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a safe, positive living and work environment by enforcing health and safety standards and reporting risk management issues.
  • Oversee housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, homelike environment.
  • Manage the residential budget, including food purchases, petty cash, and other expenses.
  • Ensure timely payroll reporting.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate direct care, case management, and vocational staff.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling to meet required ratios while minimizing overtime.
  • Maintain accreditation and state compliance, including staffing, training, behaviour plans, and ISP documentation.
  • Oversee and document medical needs, ISP service planning, and clinical records.
  • Collect and record outcome measurement data, including ISP and life skills assessments.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families, DDS staff, and the community.
  • Provide after-hours on-call support and emergency staffing coverage.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, supervision, and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Ensure accurate incident documentation in Therap GER and HCSIS reporting.
  • Stay informed on crisis management, safety plans, and emergency procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the program director.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field preferred but not required.
  • One year of supervisory experience or five years in residential treatment preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Dependability, teamwork, and flexibility (Novice level).
  • Dedicated (loyal and integrity-driven), team player (collaborative), and enthusiastic (eager and engaged).
