Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year experience in human services environment preferred but not required
- Valid Driver's license
- Must exhibit ambulatory ability sufficient to physically intervene in instances of extreme behavior that might jeopardize the safety of students and staff

Compensation: $20.75-22.30 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate about issues which impact students and program operation to team and supervisor.
- Assist in the preparation of IEPs, annual and semi-annual assessments.
- Maintain logs and record behavioral progress.
- Maintain clear visuals for monitoring cameras.
- Provide informal counseling with students.
- Maintain a clean environment for students.
- Track clothing including seasonal rotation.
- Constructively participate in team meetings and supervision.
- Implement laundry schedules, chore charts, shower schedules.
- Maintain confidential student information.
- Provide therapeutic crisis intervention, as needed.
