This role is ideal for someone looking to specialise in delivery, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and internal leadership to place healthcare professionals into primary care settings across the UK. You won’t be doing business development or sales—your focus will be making quality placements using an established talent pool, innovative recruitment tech, and direct sourcing methods.
- Support the delivery of high-volume recruitment campaigns into primary care settings
- Leverage the internal CRM and talent pool to identify and engage relevant candidates
- Conduct outreach, schedule interviews, and support the end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and the delivery team to meet weekly hiring targets
Previous experience in a delivery or resourcer role within recruitment (agency or in-house). Progression opportunities are real, tangible, and supported.
