With recent investment fuelling expansion, this is a rare opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of scaling operations and redefining recruitment delivery across the healthcare space.
This role is ideal for someone looking to specialise in delivery, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and internal leadership to place healthcare professionals into primary care settings across the UK. You won’t be doing business development or sales—your focus will be making quality placements using an established talent pool, innovative recruitment tech, and direct sourcing methods.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of high-volume recruitment campaigns into primary care settings
- Manage advert responses, screen candidates, and progress applications efficiently
- Leverage the internal CRM and talent pool to identify and engage relevant candidates
- Conduct outreach, schedule interviews, and support the end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and the delivery team to meet weekly hiring targets
- Previous experience in a delivery or resourcer role within recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines concurrently
- Motivated by efficiency, candidate experience, and team success
- Interest in healthcare, growth businesses, and process-driven recruitment
