Thisroleisidealforsomeonelookingtospecialiseindelivery,workingcloselywiththeTalentAcquisitionLeadandinternalleadershiptoplacehealthcareprofessionalsintoprimarycaresettingsacrosstheUK.Youwontbedoingbusinessdevelopmentorsalesyourfocuswillbemakingqualityplacementsusinganestablishedtalentpool,innovativerecruitmenttech,anddirectsourcingmethods.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Supportthedeliveryofhigh-volumerecruitmentcampaignsintoprimarycaresettings
• Manageadvertresponses,screencandidates,andprogressapplicationsefficiently
• LeveragetheinternalCRMandtalentpooltoidentifyandengagerelevantcandidates
• Conductoutreach,scheduleinterviews,andsupporttheend-to-endrecruitmentprocess
• CollaboratecloselywiththeTalentAcquisitionLeadandthedeliveryteamtomeetweeklyhiringtargets
