The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are delighted to be once again working with a well-regarded, independent firm of residential surveyors and valuers operating across Oxfordshire and beyond, to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join their team. This newly created role will focus on developing and managing relationships with critical partners, including estate agents, mortgage brokers, and housing associations. A big part of this role will involve networking, so the successful candidate should be confident to network professionally (occasionally outside of standard hours) while enjoying flexibility and autonomy in their day-to-day work. As the business continues to grow, this role will evolve into a more office-based position, supporting the Office Manager and wider sales team, while also providing cover during periods of annual leave. Therefore, adaptability and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities will be key attributes for the successful Sales Executive, and therefore suited to candidates who have small business mentality.
