• Strong communication skills – speaking with people via phone and email
• A good eye for detail – the role involves data work, Excel spreadsheets, and reporting
• Team Player – you’ll be joining a supportive and close‑knit team

Nice to haves to be a successful Sales Coordinator

• Knowledge, understanding or experience of e‑commerce, whether professionally or via hobbies & interests
• Experience using sites such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Vinted

What will you be doing?

• Supporting Sales Managers in customer set‑up and accounts
• Analysing retailer reports and providing feedback to account managers
• Monitoring retailer websites and ensuring they are up to date
• Organising and managing our customer profiles and internal price list
• Implementing marketing strategies and initiatives
• Completing website audits for retailers
• Building relationships with online sales retailers
• Managing and developing your own portfolio
