We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to support our customer services during a period of increased workload. This role may be extended and could become permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and send written acknowledgements.
- Arrange delivery and prepare the relevant documentation.
- Take card payments.
- Answer calls and respond to emails.
- Produce commercial invoices ensuring compliance for export.
Qualifications:
- Previous Sales Administration experience.
- Organized and highly detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to start at the beginning of January and commit to the initial 4-month temporary contract.
