Sales Administrator/Sales Order Processor role in a global, well-established business expanding with two vacancies to support growth in 2026. These roles are heavily focused on sales order processing, order management, and sales administration, supporting a busy sales team and managing the full end-to-end sales order process with a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end sales order processing, from order entry to invoicing or delivery
- Accurate order management using SAGE
- Handle customer queries via phone and email relating to orders, pricing, and deliveries
- Maintain accurate documents relating to sales
- Raise and process sales invoices and check carriage costs
- Liaise with suppliers to place and track purchase orders
- Coordinate with couriers to manage dispatch, delivery, and claims
- Work closely with the warehouse to confirm stock availability and lead times
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the sales team
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Order Processor, Sales Support, or Order Management role
- Strong knowledge of the sales order lifecycle
- Close attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoicing
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using SAGE would be desirable
- Able to prioritise in a fast-paced sales environment
Benefits
- Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm; Friday 9am to 3pm
- Salary up to £28,000
