Our client is a well-established independent estate agent currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator, preferably with sales progression experience, to join their busy sales team at the Kidderminster branch. Successful applicants must demonstrate a proven track record in residential property sales, preferably in Kidderminster and surrounding areas, and possess enthusiasm, determination, self-motivation, and commitment to succeed in a challenging fast-paced targeted environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise workloads to meet targets and deadlines, are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Liaise with all parties to ensure sales are agreed between vendors and purchasers
- Effectively handle enquiries and queries both over the telephone and in branch
- Carry out effective sales progression ensuring all parties are kept up to date through the sales process to a swift seamless completion
- Communicate with clients at all levels and deliver first class customer service
