Our client in Elstree, a very successful, dynamic, and rapidly growing business, are looking for a Sales Executive to support the Head of Hospitality. This is a new position due to expansion and one you can really make your own, with development and progression opportunities. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, fact-finding, and qualifying leads. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
What’s in it for you
- Salary: up to £35k basic depending on experience, OTE £40k+ (uncapped)
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:15am-5:30pm / Friday 9:15am-4pm
- 23 days annual leave + bank holidays

Key responsibilities
- Make 50–70 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
- Conduct fact-finding conversations to understand client needs and requirements.
- Qualify leads and ensure they meet company criteria before passing to the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into new business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and new business.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects.
