We’re looking for an Affiliate Account Manager to help grow our affiliate and lead generation revenue by building relationships with brands, agencies, affiliate networks, and key partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of account management, business development, outreach, and performance marketing. You’ll play a key role in identifying new revenue opportunities, launching campaigns, and helping us continue our rapid growth.

What you'll be doing?

  • Managing and growing relationships with affiliate networks, agencies, brands, and commercial partners.
  • Identifying and securing new affiliate and lead generation campaigns.
  • Proactively reaching out to brands and agencies to create new commercial opportunities.
  • Planning, launching, monitoring, and optimising campaigns.
  • Tracking campaign performance against revenue and commercial targets.
  • Preparing reports and insights for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring campaigns deliver strong results.
  • Working closely with our content and marketing teams to maximise campaign performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue from existing partnerships.
  • Managing external contractors and lead generation partners.
  • Keeping up to date with affiliate marketing trends, networks, and industry developments.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1–3 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, lead generation or account management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable analysing campaign performance and reporting on results.
  • A self-starter who enjoys taking initiative.
  • Experience working with affiliate networks would be advantageous.
  • Experience in performance marketing or publisher partnerships would be beneficial but is not essential.
