Our client, a highly respected law firm, is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Boston.
Will be managing the full billing cycle and working closely with attorneys to oversee all aspects of client billing, including pre-bill review, e-billing, adjustments, and reporting. Also, resolving discrepancies, updating client and matter records, processing write-ups/write-downs, and preparing monthly financial reports.
The ideal candidate will have legal billing experience with law firm experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency in billing systems and Microsoft Office Suite is desired.
