We are a young and dynamic creative design agency based in London and Dubai specialised in luxury brand design activation. We design, build and deliver exciting experiences globally. Our projects can be retail, pop-ups and art installations but also windows, digital and events. We are a small team with good communication and all departments are working alongside each other. We are passionate about what we do and are always up for Friday drinks!
Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer with strong design skills capable to bring unique ideas for new innovative projects in the luxury industry, in an enjoyable and friendly work atmosphere. You will be in charge of the design department by managing designers to deliver engaging experiences and creative projects, quoting the design phases and proposing timelines. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative project. The senior designer will collaborate alongside the production manager and client account manager to deliver projects. Our goal is to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients both creatively and experientially, whilst still working in a playful and positive manner.
Senior Designer responsibilities include:
- Conceiving and implementing concepts, storytelling, design presentations including moodboards, 3D renders, rough technical drawings, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion.
- Collaborating with project managers to obtain knowledge of the clientsβ requirements.
- Directing and motivating teams of permanent designers, freelance designers, graphic designers, illustrators and artists to help them use their talents effectively and deliver projects.
- Being in charge of the design department by quoting the design phase for any projects, proposing timelines.
- Leading brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
- Revising content and presentations, approving/rejecting ideas, providing feedback to the team.
- Presenting design presentations to clients.
- Ability to follow processes and deliver designs to the level of the agency standards.
- Developing all internal brand assets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior designer or in a similar creative role.
- Hands-on experience in creative process, interior design, retail, scenography, graphic design and brand development.
- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Excellent working knowledge of 3D/renders software such as Sketchup, Rhinoceros, Vray.
- Awareness of the luxury industry.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to jump from one project to another.
- Outstanding leadership and organization skills.
- Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Good understanding of the luxury market and marketing strategies.
- BSc/BA in design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset.
